Creating a new account for real estate agencies
A real estate agency account has to be created for publishing adverts using an integrated system particular for real estate agencies. In this way you can use the features for managing the agents activities and you can publish either agent or agency adverts.
For creating a real estate agency account you must introduce the following informations:
Favorite language – choose the language prefered for using the account – romanian or english
Account type – choose “Real estate agency”
User – combination of characters and / or numbers chosen by user, then used to access the account. The username is public and unique for all NORC websites. If the chosen username is already present as a NORC account, this will be indicated by the red color of the input box. The username cannot be changed or deleted.
Password – combination of at least 6 characters and / or numbers chosen by user, then used to access the account. The password can be changed at any time only by the owner of that account, following the password recovery procedure by accessing the link in the login page.
IMPORTANT!
For the specific situation of a real estate agency, the username and the password used for creating this account are the account administrator authentication data and will be used later for accessing the agency account administration area.
E-mail Address - is the e-mail address where the user will receive confirmation or verification of certain account activities. These messages are designed to protect the account data and avoid unauthorized access to the account.
The E-mail address cannot be changed or deleted. It is not possible to create multiple accounts using the same e-mail address.
Agency name – the public name of the real estate agency.It must be correctly written because it cannot be changed after the account has been created. Moreover, all the adverts published by the agency or by its agents will contain this name.
Unique registration code – the unique registration code of the company holding the real estate agency.It must be correctly written because it cannot be changed after the account has been created. This information is not a public one on the site, being used for adverts publishing invoice.
Phone – the agency contact phone. It must be correctly written because it cannot be changed after the account has been created. This is the phone number used by ESG staff for contacting the agency regarding the account validation. Moreover, all the adverts published by the agency or by its agents will contain this phone number.
Contact person – person responsible for agency account administration. This person will be contacted by ESG regarding the account validation.
Verification code - Entering this code is obligatory and is aimed to avoid the creation of the automated accounts.
The box "I want to receive information about NORC" - by marking this checkbox the user agrees to receive messages containing information about the NORC websites and services NORC on the email address entered in the "create account" interface. Using this box is optional, and marking it or not will not affect in any way the process of creating the account. If the user chooses to mark this box now, he can decide later not to receive such messages by changing this option in his account edit interface.
The box "I have read and I agree to the terms of use" - marking this checkbox is obligatory if the user wants to continue the account creation process. By checking this checkbox the user confirms that he read and accepts the terms of use of the NORC websites and services. If the user does not agree to these terms, he should not mark this box, and his account will not be created.
The "Register" button - by clicking on this button the data entered by users will be sent to NORC servers in order to continue the account creation process.
If introduced data are correct, the user will be informed that he will receive a message on the email address used for registration in order to validate the e-mail address and activate his account. Furthermore, the user must follow the instructions in that message.
If the input data are not correct, different error messages will be displayed to show the data to be corrected.
The account access is based on username and password. It is therefore very important that the account holder maintains the confidentiality of the password, thus avoiding unauthorized access to the account. For more information about your privacy read the privacy policy of eXtreme Soft Group S.R.L
Account validation
In order to avoid account creating and adverts publishing by non-existing agencies or by persons unauthorized to use a real estate agency name in adverts publishing, the agency accounts must be individually validated by ESG staff.
Account validation takes no more than 48 hours from account creating. Meanwhile the account is fully functional except adverts publishing.
For account validation, ESG staff will contact the real estate agency by using the contact data introduced during the account creating procedure. After checking whether the contact data are correct, the account responsible person have to send, on fax or email, a copy of the company registration certificate, having the company stamp on it.
If the given information are not enough, ESG reserves the right to reasonably request other informations for a correct identification of the account holder.
ESG reserves the right to refuse an account validation if a fraudulent use of an agency identification data is suspected.
This procedure is necessary to protect the real estate agencies against using their names by unauthorized persons in publishing adverts.
If the informations given at account creation and those collected by ESG staff are correct, the account will be validated and adverts publishing feature will become active.
