User guide for working with adverts lists

An advert may exist in one on the following lists, depending on its characteristics and on the commands given by the user:

1. Drafts

2. Published adverts

3. Expired adverts

4. Closed adverts

5. Deleted adverts

6. Publishing cart

1. List of drafts

In this list there are all the new created adverts as they have been saved by the user.

These adverts are not public visible on site.

The adverts on this list can be:

modified - “Edit” button

viewed – “Details” button

deleted – “Delete” button

added to cart –“Send to cart” button, available only if the advert is valid -see new advert

quit publishing – “Remove form cart” button, available for the adverts that already are in the publishing cart

2. List of published adverts

In this list there are that adverts from the publishing cart which were paid and sent for publishing. The published adverts are public visible on site only if the start publishing date chosen by the user is less or equal to current date and the expiry date is bigger than the current date. The published adverts are not public visible yet if the start publishing date chosen by the user is bigger than the current date.

The adverts which are public visible on site are white in the list, while the adverts having a future publishing date are yellow.

The published adverts can be:

partially changed – “Edit” button - some of the advert characteristics cannot be changed once the advert has already been published

viewed – “Details” button

added to the publishing cart in order to extend the period of publishing validity – “Send to cart” button

closed – “Close” button

3. List of expired adverts

In this list there are adverts which have been published and the expiry date is less than the current date.

These adverts are not public visible on site.

The expired adverts can be:

modified - “Edit” button

viewed – “Details” button

added to the publishing cart in order to publish them again– “Send to cart” button.

closed – “Close” button

4. List of closed adverts

In this list there are the adverts the user has already closed.

These adverts are not public visible on site.

The closed adverts can only be viewed - “Details” button.

5. List of deleted adverts

In this list there are the incomplete adverts the user wanted once to delete.

These adverts are not public visible on site.

These adverts can be:

viewed – “Details” button

sent back to list of unfinished adverts - “Restore” button.

6. Publishing cart

In this list there are the adverts sent by the user to be published.

These adverts are not public visible on site.

These adverts can be:

modified - “Edit” button

viewed – “Details” button

deleted from the list - “Remove from cart” button.

published - “Publish adverts” button

Dates for publishing can be set.

7. Other lists

This category contains:

List of favorites adverts - contains viewed adverts saved by the authenticated users in order to easily find them later

These adverts can be:

viewed – “Details” button

deleted from the list - “Remove from favorites” button.

“Last viewed” list

In this list there are saved the last ten adverts an authenticated user have viewed.

These adverts can be:

viewed – “Details” button

added to favorites – “Add to favorites” button
