Advert publishing for “Private” account
Publishing an advert means the sum af conditions and procedures followed by the publishing user in order to obtain public visible adverts on real.norc.pl.
A public visible advert on the site is an advert which can be viewed by any user, either authenticated or not, on the site map in the position chosen by the publisher.
Such an advert can be also viewed in the results list of any search made by the user as long as the advert characteristics correspond to the search criteria chosen by him.
The following conditions must be respected when publishing an advert:
the user has to be authenticated
the user must have a validated phone number – see phone number validation
the advert must be valid – see creating a new advert.
the advert must be paid – see paying.
The advert publishing can be made only from the Publishing cart. In Publishing cart adverts from one of the following lists can be added:
list of Drafts - if the advert is valid
list of expired adverts
list of published adverts - in order to extend the validity of an already published advert.
The adverts are added in the Publishing cart by pressing ”Send to cart” button succesively for each advert.
After adding the adverts to the Publishing cart, the validity period must be defined individually for each advert.
The validity period lasts from the first date of publishing and the expiry date.
The first date for publishing is the day from which the user wants the advert to pe public visible on site. Any date between the current date and no more than 30 days after this one can be chosen.
The expiry date is the date from which the advert will be not public visible anymore on the site. In order to choose this date there are available intervals of 15 and 30 days from the first date of publishing. Depending on the chosen interval the publishing price is computed for each advert.
After defining the validity periods, the “Publish adverts” button should be pressed and the user will be redirect to the payment interface.
After paying, the paid adverts will be placed in the list of published adverts.
The adverts in this list which are at the current date in the validity period are white, and the ones which will become visible at a future date are yellow.
The list of adverts which are at the current date in the validity period can be also viewed by any user in the public profile of the user who published them.
Once the expiry date becomes less than the current date the adverts will pass from the published adverts list to the expired adverts list.
Extending the validity of a published advert
If the user wants to extend the validity of a published advert, the desired advert has to be sent again to the the publishing cart. In this case the first date is pre-defined as being the next day of the expiry date initially defined.
For defining a new expiry date a new publishing interval of 15 or 30 days is chosen.
The “Publish adverts” button has to be pressed and the payment for the new validity interval can be made.
The extension of the validity period can be done either for adverts which already are in the validity period or for the adverts having a first date future than the current date.
Publishing an advert for “Real estate agency” accounts
Particularities of publishing process
For the real estate agency accounts, the only person allowed to publish adverts is the account administrator.
The adverts publishing is available only for adverts which are placed in the the publishing cart. The agency publishing cart contains the summ of the adverts situated in that moment in all agents publishing carts plus the adverts placed in the agency publishing cart by the administrator.
The agents may add adverts in their own publishing cart, may propose validity periods for any advert and extend the validity period for any advert, may also delete adverts from their own publishing cart but are not allowed to publish them.
The administrator may see anytime in the agency publishing cart all the adverts from the agents publishing cart and also his own adverts added in this list, may modify the publishing interval for any advert, may delete any advert from the list and may publish adverts.
As being the only one allowed to publish adverts, the administrator is also the only one allowed to pay for publishing.
Once published, any agent will find his adverts on his own list of published adverts and in the agency list of published adverts there are all the adverts published by the whole agency.
The list of all the agency adverts in their validity period can also be viewd by any public user of the site in the public profile of the agency.
All the other conditions and procedures for adding adverts in the publishing carts are similar with the ones previously described for “Private” accounts.
